Pushing Daisies season 2 promos!

Peep the new season 2 promos for the fanciful ABC drama Pushing Daisies — Lee Pace as Ned, Anna Friel as Chuck, Chi McBride as Emerson, Ellen Greene as Vivian, Swoosie Kurtz as Lily and Kristin Chenoweth as Olive. Obviously, the main pic is an homage to the Sistine Chapel, where God’s right arm is outstretched to impart life from his own finger into that of Adam, whose left arm is extended in a pose mirroring God’s.

Pushing Daisies picked up an incredible 12 Emmy nominations. In the major acting categories, both Lee and Kristin were nominated. The Emmy Awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2008.

Watch the teaser trailer for the upcoming season below! Pushing Daises comes back to life this fall–the season premiere airs on Wednesday, October 1 at @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
