James McAvoy, Elizabeth Banks, Laura Linney and Anna Friel are set to star in “The Details,” a black comedy scripted and directed by Jacob Estes.
Story concerns a couple, to be played by McAvoy and Banks, who discover an infestation of raccoons in their back yard. Disagreements over how to deal with the animals lead to an escalating series of events.
Lensing is set to begin this summer in Seattle.
Mark Gordon is producing alongside Bryan Zuriff and Hagai Shaham.
The film is the first for Estes since his 2004 thriller “Mean Creek.”
Estes was hired to rewrite another script for Gordon, who read “The Details” and boarded the project.
Gordon’s producing the upcoming Roland Emmerich-directed “2012” for Sony and a Fox 2000 drama based on Patricia Cornwell’s series of Dr. Kay Scarpetta novels.
Gotham-based shingle Ergo Films is financing the project. ContentFilm is handling worldwide sales.
Looks like Anna only made a brief appearance at the Costume Institute Ball on Monday, as there are very few pictures from it about! She looked super-pretty in a little black (lace?) dress.
I apologise for the ugly looking tags on the photos, but we’ve had some issues with people taking our work without asking/credit. We really hate to be doing this, but equally we do hate it when we put in work for this site and some people go and claim it as theirs. But enough of that!! Enjoy the pictures here at I Heart Anna, and be sure that we will be keeping an eye out for any more from this event
Edited by Luciana: Found a few more pictures, and added to the gallery.
Two more tables have also been purchased—Sir Phillip Green will host one for Topshop, while Linda Wells will preside over a group of Allure favorites like Leslie Mann and Pushing Daisies star Anna Friel. - fashionweekdaily
The Costume Institute Ball will be held this coming Monday, May 4th, in New York City. If Anna does indeed attend then stay tuned right here for all the pictures first
The Pushing Daisies series/season finale (aka last ever episode of the TV series!) airs tonight in the UK! The show is broadcast at 10:35pm on ITV1. Make sure you catch it!!

Anna Friel has said she’d like to do a zombie movie version of Pushing Daisies.
The TV show, which centred on a pie-maker with the ability to bring people back to life, has been cancelled but it was recently revealed that the story will live on in a comic book.
The show’s mastermind Bryan Fuller explained to E! Online that the comic “has all the characters in it, and it starts a new story.
“It’s basically Chuck, Ned, Emerson and Olive versus 1,000 corpses, so it becomes a zombie movie, but the zombies are articulate and smart and can do things that no other zombies can do.
British actress Anna Friel secured a place at number nine. Cheryl Cole was voted #1.
A glowing Anna Friel flew the flag for Britain as she led a host of ex-pat stars at a St George’s Day party in LA yesterday.
Anna wore a pink silk shift dress decorated with a blue cross as she and long-term boyfriend David Thewlis arrived at the BritWeek celebration.
Added a few pictures in our gallery, but more will come.
A stunning Anna attended last night the LA premiere for the movie The Soloist.

It’s kind of hard not to be a little bit infatuated with Anna Friel. And I could listen to that lovely British accent all day. Anna did some terrific work on the recently canceled series “Pushing Daisies” (final three shows will air on consecutive Saturdays, starting May 30th), and she gets to show audiences a very different side in LAND OF THE LOST. As a much older Holly than the original series, she is tough and apparently kicks some Sleestak scale in the big screen adaptation of the classic T.V. show from Sid and Marty Krofft. Once Anna came into the tent where we were waiting, she started going through each of our recording devices. Not only charming, she is really funny too… yep, I had good time.
Anna Friel: [In regards to the recorders] I’ve owned probably about ten of these because I like to use them to learn my lines and everything. But now, we should all be using the iPod one, with the little mike you put on the iPod. I think they look better… or good [Laughing].
