Anna not nominated for an Emmy Award

The Emmy announcement was a few minutes ago and sadly Anna didn’t make the cut in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series category. Pushing Daisies was also snubbed and failed to get a nomination as Best Comedy Series.

Both Lee Pace and Kristin Chenoweth were nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actor and Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy categories though, and the show was nominated to several other awards. Congrats to the cast and crew of Pushing Daisies! Let’s hope Anna’s amazing work and this great show are recognized by the Television Academy next year.
