Seems Anna is starting a trend with patterned tights.

Anna Friel has become as a bit of a fashion icon lately, with her latest look sure to see her confirmed as a trend-setter in 2010.

Wearing a pretty black dress with an embellished neckline, the actress teamed it with a pair of show-stopping pink and green rose-patterned tights.

Adding a cute pair of black Mary Jane shoes, she slung a light gold coat over her shoulders to keep out the winter chill.

Topping it off with matching red lipstick and nail varnish, Anna looked every inch the star.

Currently treading the boards in a production of Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Anna looks as if she could become as much of a style icon Audrey Hepburn, who played Holly Golightly in the film adaptation of Truman Capote’s novella.

Another key trend that the celebs are loving this winter is the fake-fur coat. Victoria Beckham, Myleene Klass and Liz Hurley have all been spotted wearing the luxurious garments through the cold months.
